If you want to register through the mail you can print out the registration form
and send in with your check or money order.

Please fill out a separate registration form for each individual participant registering.
  1. Complete all pertinent mailing information.
  2. Please extend the price into the X column of each event you plan to attend.
  3. Indicate with an X the non-fee (w/reg) activities you plan to attend as well.
  4. Total all fees at the bottom of the right-hand column, including registration fee*.
  5. Make your check or money order payable to: CRBN Festival

A copy of this form will be mailed to you along with a letter of confirmation, and will be your official personal festival schedule.

NOTE: Our programs and fieldtrips are limited in size to provide
for a quality experience.

*The basic Thursday through Monday Registration Fee of $40 includes the following:
  • Friday Evening Reception
  • Friday Evening Keynote Presentation
  • Participation in any non-fee included with registration (w/reg)
    program, workshop, or fieldtrip offered throughout the weekend

REFUND POLICY:
Registration fees and purchased trips canceled by the registrant 2 weeks prior to the festival will receive a 100% refund. Registration fees and purchased trips canceled by the registrant 13 days or less prior to the festival's official start day (Friday May 7, 2010) will receive a 50% refund. No refunds on cancellations made by the Registrant will be issued once the festival has begun. Festival organizers may need to cancel events that fail to get a minimum number of participants. In that event, a full refund will be issued for trips canceled by festival organizers. Refunds will be processed after the festival is over.
