Alan Barron

Alan Barron is Del Norte's leading ornithologist and record keeper of current and historical bird observations in the county. He leads tours and conducts bird, butterfly, and amphibian studies and biosurveys for a variety of state and national organizations. Alan co-authored Birds of Redwood National and State Parks and authored and illustrated the recently published Birdfinding Guide to Del Norte County.
